Riviera Beach Pier

The Harris Trust and Savings Bank of Chicago, Illinois, William 0. Heath and John J. McNeely, trustees under the will of Theodore W. Koch donated 1.5 acres of land to Kleberg County. The county built a fishing pier and restrooms for the residents of Kleberg County. Kleberg County received the donated land on July 13, 1973.
