Brookshire Park #2

The Kingsville Independent School District donated three acres of land east of A.D. Harvey Elementary School grounds on January 16, 1969. Brookshire #2 has a swimming pool equipped with diving boards and seating facilities. Park #2 also has swing sets, monkey bars, and picnic tables. During the summer months the Brookshire Pool serves as Kingsville's public pool for swimming lessons.

B.C. and Addie Brookshire contributed generous donations of money to help fund this pool. The Brookshire's extreme love for children is still evident by the existence of their foundation.
